  Bought Lenovo ThinkPad about 3 years ago from Computer Elite in Oro (was talked into getting the larger screen for which I am grateful), dumped a full mug of coffee on the keypad a week later. I knew it would be a goner; however, Computer Elite saved the motherboard and outfitted me with same model computer for reduced price. Recently my audio stopped working and, going through the checklists, determined it had to be an outdated driver; however, I was having trouble getting a free download. Thought I needed registration numbers so phoned Computer Elite, Oro, told Rob I had done the research and was having trouble finding a free download and he talked me through to the right online site. Yes!!I've got sound again. Yay!!!!

  Great service. I took 2 computers into the store where I was greeted promptly by Rob. I had an older computer I was looking to retrieve data from and transfer to a portable hard drive, and a newer home PC that wouldn't boot. It was a moderately quirky issue, and being that the original store that built the machine was no longer in business, Rob didn't have anyone to call if he had any questions. Despite that, Rob had all my issues sorted out, my data from the old PC backed up on to my external, and my home PC repaired, and ready to go in a couple days. The new machine had an SSD that wasn't even initialized, and at first I feared losing all the data on that machine, but Rob managed to sort it all out, save my data, reinstall windows, and I was then pleased to be given a very reasonable price for everything. Definitely will be taking my business to Computer Elite again.

  I popped in, with a host of questions regards my acting up computer. I was treated with with attention to detail and received a lot of good advice PLUS tips on how to help myself, so I did not need spend money on their services. However he also offered to fix my machine with only a wait time of 2 days.
  In the past I have been through a lot of computers and services. This experience impressed me. The store is also a contract repair shop for some well known brands.
  Do yourself a favor and look beyond the somewhat shabby location. Looks a little like a run down farm.
